Great people, very respectful and got me in and out with a smile.

People were great, but they put synthetic oil in my '06 sentra. I was told they put that in all the vehicles, then I was told by management that they had regular oil. I paid 70.00 for 3 quarts of oil including filter. I really would of rather just had the oil my car is used to. I read synthetic could make an older car start leaking That may be a myth, but i am kinda nervous. I am thinking anout taking it somewhere else and just getting regular oil put in it. My appointment was really quick (as expected), and everyone was polite. I was greeted as soon as I arrived.

They did everything they could to get it fixed the day of my appointment. I was unhappy about having to pay for the reprogramming when it didn't work, and they removed the charge. The service staff went out of their way to get me back in later that day without an appointment so they could get it fixed. Unfortunately, matter how hard they tried, it didn't work. I work in the court system and have a hard time keeping scheduled appointments, so they told me to bring it by when I can so they can get it taken ...

Able to get me in for an oil change, a quick check of a light on my truck and repaired all in the same afternoon. Appreciated the above and beyond the service team went to assist me.

Arrived early, had no wait. Was pulled right in and finished within 45 mins. This was the first time using this dealership, so I am very pleased with my first experience with them.

The service technician left the air filter cover unlatched, no big deal for me to latch it back but some people might not be too happy with that.

I’m never disappointed when I get service here! Just wish it were a little bit cheaper!

The service provided this visit was a very good reason to use Shottenkirk Nissan. They corrected an item that may have unintentionally been missed on the last servicing. When I contacted them, they conscientiously listed to my explanation of the issue, immediately scheduled an appointment to correct the issue and did not charge me for the correction. That is dependable and accountable service.

The Service Man was excellent. I was a little upset when I got home and my Mudflap did not have but one pin put in it, and it was still loose. I could go over a bump, and loose it. I will have to take it back, so they can add another pin, like I asked, and make sure it's secure and doesn't move. All my others are tight. I need this one to be tight too. I would really appreciate them doing it right.
