Exceptional!! Everyone we encountered was professional & friendly. The sales experience was not high pressure and they were very responsive to communications both in person and via text when needed. Service department was also courteous and professional. Almost spot on with their estimated completion time. The entire building was very clean, plenty of space to wait. The very best experience we've ever had. We will continue to have our vehicle serviced at Shottenkirk and would purchase from them again. Highly recommend!

Called Shottenkirk Nissan for a service appointment. Spoke with service advisor Thomas Frasure. Advised Thomas services needed and my wife would be bringing vehicle. Explained that had received discount service coupons and Thomas advised to bring coupons as they may vary by event. Appointment time was meet and service requested was completed in a timely manner. Service Dept is great, but I had a problem with parts. I don't understand why Nissan corp. doesn't carry touch up paint for my vehicles bumper.

Pulled in to the shop without an appointment. My car barely made it there. The gentleman stated that he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and I agreed, it had done this bout 6 month prior. He said that he could try to fit me in later in the day. He heard me call my boss to come get me so I could go to work. By 9:30 the received a detailed list of what was wrong. I really only worked with Sara on the computer I worked wit Tori ( sales manager) for mostly everything. He was definitely first class all the way no pressure just worked out a deal smooth as it could be.

Worked with LB on Saturday but talked to Hannah and Seth several times on the phone. Everyone was professional and good to work with. The document signing went very fast about 20 min, I spent 3 hrs waiting to sign earlier this year.

This dealership has excellent service for their customers. The waiting room for the customers is the best!
I like that they are usually able to get me in quickly for service when I call. I reported two chips on hood paint, and it was automatically called rock chips. No dents are present. Rocks have not hit my car. No advice was given as to what I needed to do to fix hood. My car has less than 30,000 miles. I have read that paint chips should be fixed.

My transmission went out on the way to a work function in Huntsville, AL. It wasn’t a pleasurable experience, but the people at Shottenkirk were a light in the dark. David in the service department was really easy to work with and was thoughtful. I felt taken care of in a difficult time. Also, my car feels brand new. That’s pretty great! 10/10 service all around.
